ABOUT US
The Full Story
Our son loves cricket — but like many regional families, we struggled to find small group coaching close to home. Weeknights were rushed, weekends filled with travel, and juggling commitments across multiple children made city-based programs unsustainable. We knew there had to be a better option.
That’s why we started the Regional Cricket Academy (RCA) — to bring quality coaching to regional communities and make skill development more accessible, without the added pressure on family logistics!
At the RCA, we believe cricket is more than just a game — it’s a way to build character, resilience, and connection. Founded with a clear purpose, RCA exists to give regional kids the opportunity to grow both on and off the field through high-quality coaching, positive mentoring, and a love for the game.
We’re not about winning at all costs. We’re about showing up, learning from mistakes, and growing every week — not just as players, but as people. RCA is where your child will be challenged, encouraged, and supported to bring their best, whether they dream of playing professionally or simply want to give cricket a go.
We’re excited to be launching in the Adelaide Hills, with more regional centres coming soon.

Vision
Developing stronger cricketers and resilient people on and off the pitch.
Mission
At the RCA we coach more than just cricket.
We equip young players with the skills, mindset, and values they need to thrive — on the field and off it.
Through small-group coaching, individual attention, and a supportive team culture, we help 8–14 year olds become more confident, coachable, and courageous.
This is a place where cricket is fun, failure is part of learning, and effort is always applauded.Because before you raise a great cricketer, you raise a great human being.
