Regional Cricket Academy (RCA) – Terms & Conditions Effective: June 2025
We know life gets busy. Weekends fill up fast, kids get sick, and sometimes things just don’t go to plan. So, while we need a few ground rules to keep things fair and organised, we’ll always aim to work with you wherever we can.
1. Booking & Payment - All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your spot. - Payment can be made online or by other arrangement. You’ll receive confirmation once it's processed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds We understand that sometimes plans change. Cancellations (days from start date) - 21 days or more: 50% refund - 21 days or less: Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund at this late stage – but we’re happy to talk through options, like credit for a future session (where possible). If you need to cancel, just email us at info@regionalcricketacademy.com.au
3. If RCA Needs to Cancel If we need to cancel a session due to weather, low numbers, or anything unexpected, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. You’ll be given the option of a full refund or a session credit. We build some flexibility into our program to allow for bad weather. Make-up sessions will be offered where possible. If that’s not an option, we’ll provide a credit or refund – we’ll always try to make it fair.
4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions Unfortunately missed sessions are non-refundable. Let us know if you can't make a session and we will do what we can to ensure your child does not miss out on the skills learned for that session.
5. Player Behaviour We’re all about helping kids grow – not just as cricketers, but as teammates and respectful young people. We expect players to listen to coaches, treat others with respect, and have a positive attitude. If behaviour becomes unsafe or disruptive, we’ll have a chat and work with you to sort it out. In serious cases, we may need to pause participation – but this is always a last resort.
6. Health & Safety Please let us know about any injuries or medical conditions before training starts. We will always strive to provide a safe environment however only liable for injuries caused by negligence on our part.
7. Photos & Videos We sometimes take photos or videos for training / promotional use. If you’d prefer your child not be included, just let us know.
8. Privacy We only collect personal details we need to manage your booking and keep in with you. We don’t share information with third parties unless legally required.
